Diaspora Week: Invite 5 People in Ghana
As part of Diaspora Week, we are asking every member to invite 5 people they know in Ghana to attend Let the Bible Speak Conference in Accra.
Your invitation could bring someone into a life-changing encounter with the Word of God.
Why Diaspora Week Matters
Many of our members in the UK and abroad have friends and family in Ghana who have never had the chance to encounter the kind of teaching, worship and ministry that has shaped our own walk with God. Diaspora Week is a simple, focused invitation: take five people you know in Ghana and personally invite them to Let the Bible Speak Conference 2026.

Diaspora Week FAQ
Common questions about Diaspora Week and inviting your 5.
Who can take part in Diaspora Week?
Any member of Kharis Church living in the UK or abroad is invited to take part. All we ask is that you know at least one person living in Ghana you can personally invite.
Do I need to invite exactly 5 people?
5 is our target, but every invitation counts. If you can only think of 1, 2 or 3 people right now, please add the names you have - you can always update your list later.
Will my invitees need to register separately?
Yes. After you invite them, please encourage each person to register for the conference themselves so we can prepare for everyone attending.
What if I don't have all the contact details yet?
That's fine - submit what you have now. You can reach out to your invitees for any missing details and update them with us afterwards.
Do the five people have to be Kharis members?
No. Your 5 invitees don't need to be members of Kharis Church or any church at all. Diaspora Week is about reaching new people, so feel free to invite friends, family or acquaintances from any background.
Can I submit family members?
Yes! Family members are very welcome. Some of the most meaningful invitations come from inviting the people closest to you.
Can I submit someone outside Accra?
Yes. You can submit anyone living in Ghana, even if they're outside Accra. We'll do our best to follow up and encourage them to attend, wherever they are.
Will the Ghana team contact them?
Yes. Our Ghana-based team will follow up with each person you submit to share more details about the conference and help with registration.
Should I speak to them before submitting their details?
It's not required, but it helps. If you've already spoken to them, they'll recognise the follow-up message and may be more open to it - that's why we ask about this in the form.
Can I submit more than five people?
The form is set up for 5 invitees at a time, but if you have more names, you're welcome to submit the form again with additional people.
Can I invite pastors or church leaders?
Absolutely. Pastors and church leaders are warmly welcome - Let the Bible Speak Conference is for leaders and believers alike.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your details and your invitees' information will be sent to our team. We'll follow up with your invitees directly and keep you updated on their registration progress.
